Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days starting the day after you receive the goods without having to give any reason.

IMPORTANT NOTICE!

1) Electronic components such as control units are excluded from exchange and/or return if the outer packaging has been opened and/or the adhesive seal has been damaged/manipulated.
2) Likewise, order items / backorders that were explicitly ordered at the request of the customer are excluded from exchange.

You may cancel by giving us notice in any of the following ways: by a notice in writing which you leave at our address, by a notice in writing which you send by post to our address, by fax to our business fax number, by email to our email address. Spanish law 15/1/96 Nummer 7/1996 applys.

Consequences of Withdrawal

You must return any goods supplied at your own expense if you cancel the contract.

You have to be reimbursed for all amounts you have paid within thirty days after the supplier has received your notice of withdrawal.

If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them.

Specific indications

Unless agreed otherwise, you may not exercise the right of withdrawal in respect of contracts

for the supply of goods made to your own specifications or clearly personalized or which, by reason of their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
