Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within seven working days starting the day after you receive the goods without having to give any reason. However, this period won’t start before all information obligations laid down in the „Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000“. have been fulfilled. You may cancel by giving us notice in any of the following ways: by a notice in writing which you leave at our address, by a notice in writing which you send by post to our address, by fax to our business fax number, by email to our email address. Consequences of Withdrawal
You must return any goods supplied at your own expense if you cancel the contract.
You have to be reimbursed for all amounts you have paid within thirty days after the supplier has received your notice of withdrawal.

Unless agreed otherwise, you may not exercise the right of withdrawal in respect of contracts
for the supply of goods made to your own specifications or clearly personalized or which, by reason of their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
