1. Applicability of Terms and Conditions

Jets24 is an accredited online shop and has agreed to comply to the Trusted Shops quality criteria (available at www.trustedshops.com).

2. Offer & Acceptance

When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the order button, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send an order confirmation via e-mail to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you.

3. Right to Cancel for Consumers

You have the right to cancel the order at anytime before the expiry of a period of seven working days,

beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods without giving reason. However, this period won’t start before all information obligations laid down in the „Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000". have been fulfilled.

You may cancel by giving us notice in any of the following ways: by a notice in writing which you leave at our address, by a notice in writing which you send by post to our address, by fax to our business fax number, by email to our email address.

You must return any goods supplied at your own expense if you cancel the contract.

Unless agreed otherwise, you may not exercise the right of withdrawal in respect of contracts

for the supply of goods made to your own specifications or clearly personalized or which, by reason of their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly,

4. Prices and delivery costs

4.1. The stated prices in our shop system basically content the German VAT in the amount of 19%. We deliver without the VAT under certain conditions! This concerns companies within the EU (except Germany) with a valid VAT No. (further information) and all deliveries in non-EU-countries.

The shipment costs are calculated automatically by the shop irrespective of the size, weight and country of delivery. (further information)

6. Payment Methods

6.1. You can pay in advance by bank transfer, by credit card, by Pay Pal or by cash on pick-up (last only for customers in Germany).

6.2. Your credit card will be charged immediately after placing your order.

7. Retention of Title

The goods shall remain the sole and absolute property of the Jets24 until the customer has paid for the goods in full.

The contract´s content will be stored. You may store the general terms and conditions and readily look them up. For safety reasons your order´s data are not available via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.
