1. Applicability of Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions shall govern all contracts between you as a consumer and BRINIUS S.L.U., Director: Sascha Weischede, Gremi Sucrers i Candelers 34, 07009 Palma, Spain (hereinafter referred to as "Jets24")

2. Offer & Acceptance

If you submit an order for goods and/or services via this site by clicking 'I accept', your order is an offer to us to buy the goods and/or services on our website. We will acknowledge receipt of your order by sending you an automatically generated email acknowledging your order. This is only an acknowledgement of receipt of your order, and no binding contract will be formed between us unless and until we accept your order by separate email or deliver the goods to you.

3. Right to Cancel for Consumers

You have the right to cancel the order at anytime before the expiry of a period of fourteen working days, beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods, without giving reason. However, this period won’t start before all information have been fulfilled. You may cancel by giving us notice in any of the following ways: by a notice in writing which you leave at our address, by a notice in writing which you send by post to our address, by email to our email address. You must return any goods supplied at your own expense if you cancel the contract. Unless agreed otherwise, you may not exercise the right of withdrawal in respect of contracts for the supply of goods made to your own specifications or clearly personalized or which, by reason of their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or electronical parts like Engine control units, if the outer package has been opened, or the -glued on- seal has been broken or manipulated

4. Prices and delivery costs

4.1. The stated prices in our shop system basically content the Spanish VAT in the amount of 21%. We deliver without the VAT under certain conditions! This concerns companies within the EU (except Spain) with a valid VAT No. (further information) and all deliveries in non-EU-countries. The shipment costs are calculated automatically by the shop irrespective of the size, weight and country of delivery.

4.2. You have to pay a Low order fee of 5.80 EUR if your order has a value of less than 80 EUR.

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery time is stated separately and may vary.

6. Payment Methods

6.1. You can pay in advance by bank transfer, credit card, debit direct, PayPal or by cash on pick-up (last for customers in Spain only).

6.2. Your credit card will be charged immediately after placing your order.

7. Retention of Title

The goods shall remain the sole and absolute property of the Jets24 until the customer has paid for the goods in full.

9. Storage and Accessibility of the contract

The contract´s content will be stored. You may store the general terms and conditions and readily look them up. For safety reasons your order´s data are not available via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

The contract can be concluded in either German, English, French or Spanish.
